As the second half of the year begins, many people start to experience more intense physical and emotional fatigue. Excessive demands, the feeling that targets have not been met and pressure surrounding the end of the year often lead to anxiety, irritability and low energy. Yet beyond a fast-paced routine, another factor may quietly contribute to this exhaustion: the energy of the home itself.
According to psychic Júlia Costa, known on social media as Júlia Sensitiva, the place where someone lives directly affects residents’ emotional and mental state. “The home works as an extension of our energy. When the environment is heavy, cluttered or lifeless, it immediately affects people’s mood and even their physical energy,” she explains.
Below, the specialist sets out five signs that the environment may be draining your emotional energy during the second half of the year. Take a look.
1. Feeling constantly tired at home
If someone arrives home but still cannot mentally rest, even after sleeping or spending time in silence, the environment may be energetically charged. “The home needs to be a place to recharge. When that does not happen, there is some imbalance there,” says the psychic.
2. Frequent irritation and arguments
Repeated rows, impatience and a sense of tension in the air are also warning signs. “Very heavy environments directly affect emotions and make everyone more irritable,” she comments.
3. Accumulated objects and a feeling that life has stalled
Unworn clothes kept away, broken items and too many unused possessions can affect the energy of the space. “Stagnant energy attracts stagnation. When the home is filled with things that have no use, life also seems unable to move forwards,” Júlia Sensitiva says.
4. Problems happening one after another
Appliances breaking down, furniture becoming damaged and frequent minor mishaps may point to an energetic imbalance in the environment. “When everything starts going wrong at the same time, it is worth paying attention to the energy of the home,” she warns.
5. No desire to do even small tasks
Júlia Costa says that when an environment is heavily charged, even straightforward activities can feel difficult. “The person loses motivation, procrastinates and feels a very great emotional weight without understanding why.”
How to restore balance at home
To regain emotional balance at home, the spiritualist recommends simple everyday measures. “A clean house, a fragrant environment, natural flowers and cheerful music help transform the energy quickly,” she advises.
She also suggests creating small rituals to shift the atmosphere of the home. “Putting on positive music in the morning and lighting an incense stick completely changes the mood of the house,” she says.
Another tip from the specialist is to invest in regular energetic cleanses. “Indigo dye is excellent for releasing negative energies and renewing the environment. Small actions make an enormous difference to emotional wellbeing,” Júlia Costa concludes.
